  Current 11/16/2017:  There are fewer single-family homes for sale in Wayland than last year at this time; 29 compared 35. List prices for current listings in Wayland range from $399,000 to $3,495,000. Fewer homes for sale makes this an excellent time to list your house for sale. And yes, people do buy houses over the holidays!

The median list price of $875,000 is less than last year when the median list price was $975,000. Generally, prices are higher when inventory is low, so this is a bit unusual, however, Wayland has a very unique housing stock where it is rare to find any two houses that are exactly alike even if they are on the same street and were built at the same time.
