The number of closed sales year-to-date is down from one year ago - 25 vs. 38. However, both median and average sale prices are up - the y-t-d median is $1,275,000 up from $1,069,125; the y-t-d average sale price is $1,559,056 up from $1,474,070, and it took less time to sell - the average time on the market was 121 days down from 188.
